The Vice President of Wound Care & Care Management Clinical Services is a senior operational and clinical leader responsible for the overall performance, growth, quality, compliance, and day-to-day operations of the organization's Wound Care service line, as well as the clinical and regulatory oversight of Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and Transitional Care Management (TCM) programs.
 
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President will provide enterprise leadership across both clinical and non-clinical functions within Wound Care, including clinical operations, provider performance, staffing, workflow development, quality, compliance, documentation, revenue-cycle coordination, technology utilization, and service-line growth. 
 
For CCM, PCM, and TCM, the Vice President will establish and oversee clinical standards, care-management protocols, regulatory requirements, clinical staffing models, documentation standards, quality assurance, escalation processes, and auditing to ensure services are clinically appropriate and compliant with CMS and payer requirements.  This position requires a leader with a strong clinical background who can effectively combine clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational discipline, provider leadership, and financial accountability within a rapidly growing multi-specialty organization.

This is a full-time role operating during standard business hours Monday - Friday (from your home office remotely). Quarterly travel for company meetings and trainings will be required. The candidate must reside in the U.S. - Eastern or Central time zone.  Annual base salary range is $200,000 - 260,000 (commensurate with experience and requirements below) plus up to 20% annual discretionary performance bonus. Education and Skill Requirement:

  1. Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or other appropriately licensed advanced clinical professional; RN or advanced clinical degree strongly preferred.
  2. Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related clinical field.
  3. Significant healthcare leadership experience with responsibility for clinical operations.
  4. Experience managing multi-site or multi-state clinical programs.
  5. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
  6. Experience developing clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and quality programs.
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead both clinical and non-clinical teams.
  8. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and executive leadership skills.
Preferred
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, physician practice management, or multi-specialty healthcare.
  • Wound Care leadership experience.
  • Experience with CCM, PCM, TCM, population health, or care-management programs.
  • Experience with CMS reimbursement and documentation requirements.
  • Experience working within a multi-state physician practice or MSO.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing or private equity-backed healthcare organization.

Physical Requirements:

  • This is a full-time remote, work-from-home position, primarily working during standard business hours handling sensitive and confidential information. Work must be performed in a private and secure setting requiring reliable internet and phone connectivity.
  • Ability to communicate via virtual/online meetings daily with a camera on, as well as being responsive in a timely manner during work hours via email, MS Teams and phone.
  • Ability to travel for company training and meetings.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
