If you are an experienced administrative professional or provider in a Skilled Nurse Facility (SNF), Nursing Home or Rehabilitation Hospital who is ready to grow and work remotely managing provider and client relations and operations in Mercer to Buck Counties of PA territory, this role is for you! This is a full-time role operating remotely during standard business hours Monday - Friday (from your home office remotely) with monthly or as-needed travel required. This is not a flexible schedule opportunity. The candidate must reside Bucks County, PA or Mercer County, NJ. Annual salary starting $95,000 and commensurate with experience (see requirements below) as well as eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 10%. Summary of Responsibilities:
- The Director of Operations will be a part of our national team of operations leaders managing a specified region and participate in the development, planning, and operations for a multi-physician practice to fulfill programmatic directions and goals and oversees the operational integration of various and new programs into Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and other healthcare settings
- Provider Relations and Performance: The Director travels to conduct provider introductions and interfaces directly with our clinical providers ensuring smooth on-boarding credentialing, training, and implementation into Skilled Nursing Facilities and other healthcare settings.
- Facility Relations and Performance: The Director of Operations manages each individual account to ensure success for all parties as well as collaborating with the client building’s administrative teams to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant operational performance.
- This is a remote role working from home with frequent travel/driving locally to oversee operations, meet facility leaders, and conduct provider onboarding and training.
- The Director of Operations will report to the SVP of Operations and collaborate with the SVP of Business Development for growth initiatives.
Education and Skill Requirement:
- Must have 2 years of leadership and administration experience in the Skilled Nursing Facility or Hospital Rehabilitation healthcare setting (in Admissions, Operations, BD/Marketing, Social Work, Therapy).
- Bachelor’s degree in related healthcare fields.
- Cannot be excluded from participation in any state or federal programs such as Medicare or Medicaid.
- Proficiency with HIPAA and PHI compliant practices.
- Proficient in healthcare management software (EMR, HMR) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Practice excellent verbal and written communication skills in remote settings and present in a professional manner in both in-person and online environments.
- Must be a self-starter who is disciplined, motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and work within multidisciplinary remote and on-site teams.
Physical Requirements:
- This is a remote, work from home position which handles sensitive, confidential, and financial information. Work must be performed in a secure and private setting.
- Communicating via virtual online meetings daily with reliable internet connectivity with camera on as well as being responsive in a timely manner during work hours via email, MS Teams and phone are required.
- Frequent local travel up to about 40% in PA/NJ for on-site visits and company meetings and Unrestricted state Driver's License.
- Travel outside of PA may be required for training with advance notice.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
