Job Summary:
The Systems Administrator position requires an advanced knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN) management, Security Operations Center (SOC) management, Cloud Infrastructure management, collaboration systems management, and Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) tools including managing inventory, systems updates, and automated deployments. The Cloud Administrator position works closely with other technical staff, IT leadership, vendors, and key personnel within the healthcare organization and other areas as directed in the design, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and application interfaces. The Systems Administrator position proactively anticipates problems and acts to prevent them and must possess the ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team to evaluate systems performance issues and determine solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Perform mobile device management configurations, documentation, and monitoring utilizing Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune policies for Android, iOS, and Windows.
- Monitor the status of managed devices and maintain compliance.
- Maintain asset inventory of managed devices.
- Configure and maintain identity and access management utilizing Microsoft Azure.
- Configure and maintain WAN utilizing Cisco Meraki.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 E5 technologies focused on: Exchange Online, SharePoint Administration, Defender Maintenance, Monitoring, and Incident Response.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Teams PBX telephony system.
- Maintain moves, adds, and changes in the phone system.
- Monitor the status of Microsoft Teams phones, fax, and conferencing.
Job Requirements:- Must have 6 or more years of related experience and/or training.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Certifications specific to the IT industry are desired, including the Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
- Ability to analyze and design solutions to improve processes, systems, and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with application software solutions and IT operations.
- Ability to manage technical difficulties and work with third-party resources.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, in both verbal and written form, with management, members of staff, and vendors.
- Must have the ability to follow manuals and read complex instructions.
- Must have a good understanding of IT service management, a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software; operate a variety of standard office equipment including laptop computers and smart phones.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolong periods of sitting and/or standing.
- Working at the computer utilizing monitors, keyboard, and a computer mouse.
- Communicating via phone and online video conferencing.
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
