However, candidates need to reside and operate in the central time zone.  This is a full-time, salary position offering $70,000.00 Annually. This role comes with a robust benefits package including 15 days of vacation, 7 paid holidays and 5 sick days annually. Job Summary:

The Program Administrator manages the programs’ administrative processes as well as monitors, audit, assesses and reports on the programs’ effectiveness to the Vice President of Clinical Innovations. The Program Administrator collaborates with various internal teams such as Business Development, Operations and medical providers as well as the external vendor teams to successfully implement and continue to deliver programs to our customers.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage programs’ administrative workflow and processes.
  • Oversee and facilitate all onboarding processes related to patient driven payment model (PDPM) programs
  • Collaborate with vendors to facilitate the creation of provider and facility accounts.
  • Conduct regular audits of programs.
  • Ensure vendors are uploading scorecards for each program by facility.
  • Maintain continuous collaboration with vendors.
  • Maintain continuous collaboration with regional clinical operations for provider education, EMR access, and new facility launches.
  • Maintain continuous collaboration with providers and facilities utilizing PDPM and CCM.
  • Offer provider and facility support for CCM/PDPM related issues.
  • Collaborate and monitor project completion with Healthcare Virtual Assistants (HVA) team.
  • Conduct ongoing training and education for HVA team.
  • Conduct regular assessments of CCM/PDPM workflows and processes to evaluate program effectiveness and collaborate with the team to revise as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, analyses, and recommendations to leadership concerning program performance and outcomes.
 

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software suite: Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Utilize third party software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient organizational skills to handle tasks and to be timely in reaching deadlines and communicating to various stakeholders in advance.
 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business or relevant fields.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting implementing and administering various programs, creating and assessing workflows, evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Prior experience collaborating with external vendors’ teams to manage and refine new programs.
 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to use keyboard and computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift to 20 lbs.
  • Must have a private workspace to preserve confidentiality.
