This is a remote full-time position, with Recruiter residing in Chicagoland area.  While the role will work from home most of the time, you will be required to meet with us in Chicago for initial training and quarterly team meetings as well as traveling to recruiting events.  The primary purpose of this position is to recruit and hire physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (PAs and NPs) and performing full-cycle, high volume recruitment activities.   This position supports our rapidly growing division, and collaborates with multiple other teams: Business Development, Human Resources and Operations, and reports to the Head of Talent. This is a full-time position offering $100,000 salary plus bonuses and benefits including immediate health/dental/vision insurance plans, 15 days of vacation, 7 paid holidays, free life insurance, plus sick pay, 401(k) with the company match after 6 months and more.

Typical Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Performs full-cycle, high volume recruiting activities from the start of recruiting process with candidates to onboarding steps with the company.
  • Ability to source and recruit on a national, multiple division level; able to develop and execute various sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize company recruitment systems to track, evaluate and communicate with candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Business Development and Operational Leaders to understand their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with Operational Leaders and Talent Acquisition team to reach recruiting goals and metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with the Human Resources and Operations teams to provide up to date information during the onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing including networking, residency programs, special events, job boards, and social media utilization.
  • Develop relationships with residency programs, professional associations and etc.
  • Review CVs/applications and phone screen all candidates to determine quality and fit for the organization. Present provider opportunities with detail and clarity, providing information about our companies, compensation plan, benefits, and specific elements of the position.
  • Develop attractive job postings for company web site and job boards.
  • Identify and search candidate databases for potential candidates. Develops hiring campaigns for providers and places follow-up calls to proactively source candidates.
  • Maintain positive candidate relationships leading to a successful recruitment process from interview to job offer.  Follow up with all candidates and referring parties in a timely manner.
  • Direct, organize and coordinate all aspects of candidate itineraries, agendas and site visits including travel and hotel reservations, clinic and community tours.
  • Follow-up and obtain feedback from interviewers and candidates after interview to determine interest on all parties' behalf.
  • Researches and attends job fairs, conferences, association publications, web sites and other appropriate resources on which to post provider opportunities.
  • Stays current on regional and national provider hiring trends and practices; researches competitor's activities to keep informed of changes impacting our companies’ ability to hire and retain top provider talent
Education and Experience Requirements (education, licensure and certifications):
  • A bachelor's degree in relevant business, Human Resources, or clinical field 
  • At least 2 years of sourcing and full cycle recruiting experience​​​
Job Requirements (skills, abilities, proficiency):
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office software suite: Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, and keyboarding speed of at least 40 wpm. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously. 
  • Proficient organizational skills to handle administrative tasks and to be timely in reaching deadlines and communicating to various stakeholders in advance.   
  • Proficient analytical skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases 
  • Familiarity with labor legislation related to recruiting and hiring practices 
  Physical Requirements (lifting, sitting, standing, climbing, workspace requirements, if any):
  • Ability to use keyboard and computer for extended periods of time. 
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. 
  • Ability to lift to 20 lbs. 
  • Have a private workspace at home. 
  • Ability to travel nationwide when needed
